Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to comply with legal requirements are:

How long we keep information

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for providing you with access to your free guide, sending you relevant email updates, and complying with legal, regulatory, tax, or reporting requirements. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we will remove your personal data from our marketing systems within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it for longer.


We do not currently operate under a joint controller arrangement. However, we may use trusted third-party services (such as email marketing platforms or online course providers) to manage data on our behalf. These providers act only under our instruction and are bound by strict data protection and confidentiality obligations.
